Loved the room. Loved the location of the hotel everything was great except our corner room was right above where they store the dumpsters so at 5:30 AM it was as if the the trash truck was parked in our room and the dumpsters being rolled and slammed at the foot of our bed. I guess if your planning on waking up at that time there's no need for a courtesy wake up call. We plan on staying again we'll just ask for a room on the other side of the hotel

The Hotel Teatro is exquisite. Our company hosted two events; Brunch @ Kevin Taylor Opera House & a Colorado wine tasting. All of our special requests were met, our expectations exceeded. For making 18 reservations easily for our company, and for providing exceptional service, Thank you GM Mark, Jeremy, Rachel, Whitney and Travis.

I tend to come to hotels with low expectations so I won't be disappointed. I could have come to Hotel Teatro with very high expectations and had them met. It was wonderful. The staff was consistently knowledgable and friendly, the bed in the room divine, I was sad to go. The car took us everywhere we needed to go when we didn't feel like walking.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Teatro. I was attending a conference at the Colorado Convention Center, so the location was perfect. More importantly, the service was fabulous - front desk, concierge, bellhops. I loved my top floor corner room. Look forward to another stay at Hotel Teatro when in downtown Denver.

I came to Denver for a business conference and had a wonderful time. My meetings were close and convenient to the hotel, dinners out were scrumptious and fun,and the bed was heavenly at the end of the day. One night we decided to pick up some ben and jerry's but forgot to grab spoons. Room service brought us bowls and spoons and we enjoyed our treat like little kids. What a fun night. The valet, front desk and bellman bent over backwards at every request. I'de love to bring my husband next time.

What a great experience! Stayed with a conference and everyone in the hotel was so nice and accomodating. The aromatherapy turn down service? AWESOME. Great location, too. Thanks for a great stay.

We really wanted to like this place, but it fell short. While some of the employees tried hard, both of the rooms we had failed to be cleaned / get made up before 5:30 pm although we had been out all day - and then after a rather dismissive call to the front office. The shower head actual fell from the ceiling and was hanging 6 inches from the water pipe - the front desk said that nothing could be done while we were staying... all in all very disappointing and we'll certainly stay somewhere else next time we return to Denver.

What a wonderful place. In 1997, the company that I worked for (field engineer) started the renovation of the "Tramway Building". In 1998 we all opened the Teatro! I proposed to my wife opening night in room 610 that year. Last weekend the staff graciously accommodated my wish to surprise my wife and we were able to stay in the exact room. What great memories. Everyone at the hotel has such a positive and helpful attitude, it is no wonder the hotel has maintained it's downtown charm. Beautifully decorated and well kept. Thank you for a wonderful anniversary weekend. Kudos to Susanne, Wes, Chris, Kendall, Mark and especially Jim!

We've stayed here twice and have always had excellent service. The staff is wonderful and very friendly. We ate dinner at the Kevin Taylor restaurant. It was wonderful and we had great service here too.

What's not to love? This hotel has everything, charm, service, location, comfort. It's my favorite place to stay in Denver and perfect when going to the Opera as it is a short walk - and in heels, that's very important!

Without question the best hotel bed ever (Frette linens are a must!), and as others have pointed out the staff is extreemly polite, friendly and accommodating. Did feel the room itself, in addition to be quite small, needed a more thorough face-lift; a few stains on the furniture, overly worn desk and TV armoire and visibly patched window sill and frame. We also had multiple room service issues, one of which resulted in our leaving for meetings in the morning without any breakfast and the other in an allergy scare. I made the front desk staff aware of the issues, and while we did receive a nice note on our desk later that day, no gratuitous moves were made. Biggest bonus for us, and coupled with the bed would be the only reason for us to return: complimentary in-town car service. The valets provided outstanding service and were always able to get us around whenever we needed, whether to meetings or dinner or a 3AM bar pick-up. Bottom line: if you don't mind a few bumps and a band-aid or two, or if you don't plan on spending a ton of time in your room, except to enjoy the phenomenal bed, Teatro is worth a visit.

This is our "go-to" hotel in Denver. The staff is extraordinary - they always remember us and what's going on in our lives. They do everything possible to make us comfortable and to feel welcome, from the valet to the front desk to the housekeeper to the cafe.
